Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions offered through EasyInvoiceBot. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as Merchant of Record.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are an EU consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. However, by completing your purchase and gaining immediate access to the Pro features, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed or access has been granted.
If you have not yet accessed the Pro features, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days by contacting us at support@easyinvoicebot.com.
Cases Where a Refund May Be Granted
We may provide a refund if:
- The service was not delivered or could not be accessed due to a technical issue on our side and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time
- A duplicate payment was made by mistake
- You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided in the following situations:
- You no longer need or want to use the service after access has been granted
- You did not use the service, but access was correctly provided
- Issues caused by your own environment (such as internet connectivity, device or Telegram client problems)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us with your payment details and a description of the issue at: support@easyinvoicebot.com
We will review your request and respond within 14 days. Approved refunds will be processed through Paddle within 14 days of approval.
