Can I cancel the Pro plan at any time?
Yes. Use /cancelsubscription in the bot at any time. Your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your invoices and clients remain accessible. You will be limited to 10 invoices per month and 10 clients going forward, but existing data is not deleted.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
The Free plan already gives you full access to core features with no time limit. There is no separate trial — start for free and upgrade when you need unlimited invoices or Pro-only features.
How is payment handled?
Payments are processed securely via Paddle. You can pay with major credit and debit cards. EasyInvoiceBot never stores your payment details.
